I'm worried that BODYJAM® might be
too complicated for me. Will I be able
to keep up?
Yes, you'll need to relax and just go
with the music and the moves. We have a
weekly technique class which teaches you
slowly and systematically how to do the
moves.
Will I still get a good workout
doing BODYJAM®?
Absolutely. The routines are devised
to give you a great workout and a great
time. With a mix of athletic and funky
movements you'll definitely know that
you've been busy!
What should I wear?
Great question. BODYJAM® is a class
for freedom and self-expression so feel
free to go nuts with loose and comfy
workout gear that makes you feel good.
Aerobics or cross training shoes will
help.
